I'm a therapist who works at the intersection of neuroscience, embodiment, and intuitive connection. I take the time to understand not just the stories you carry, but how those stories live in your nervous system—shaping patterns of protection, connection, and meaning. Every session is intentional, blending evidence-based practices like EMDR with an intuitive, compassionate presence that invites safety and curiosity. Most clients experience me as warm, grounded, and non-judgemental—open to all identities, emotions, and ways of being.
Regulation, embodiment, and connection are central to my work. Together, we explore what it means to release old survival patterns, reconnect to a felt sense of safety, and restore your capacity for authenticity and belonging. This process is slow and powerful—a return to your aliveness, one step at a time.
Outside the therapy room, I find joy in backcountry adventures, quirky local shows, and exploring thrift stores for the perfect new outfit. I’m often found with my dog, Archie, who teaches me about presence, play, and the art of boundary-setting. Whether I’m in the woods, in the ocean, or curled up after a long sauna, I’m always exploring what it means to feel deeply, live fully, and connect to something larger.
